Liverpool officially declares Salah's position toward Barcelona Match

Salah's participation to the semi-final of the Premier league 

Liverpool club, the 
team's top scorer, announced its stance of participating in the Reds match in front of the Spanish Barcelona, which is scheduled for Tuesday, in the second leg of the semifinal of the European Champions League.


According to Liverpool's official site, German Jürgen Club, the team's technical director, Mohamed Salah, was excluded from the Barcelona match after being injured in front of Newcastle United.

Salah suffered a strong head injury, so he lost consciousness, before leaving the field carrying on a stretcher.


The English club confirmed the absence of the Brazilian Roberto Vermino, the team's striker, from the match also, explaining that the player continues recovery from a muscle injury.

Liverpool lost the semifinal match versus its Catalan counterpart, 3-0, in Camp Nou stadium, and needs to win 4 goals to qualify for the next round.
